ZEREX G-05 Formula 50/50 Pre-Mixed RTU Antifreeze / Coolant, 1 Gallon

I have used zerex for almost 10 years. After 2 teardown and rebuilds the cooling system and water passages are immaculate. No corrosion scale or minerals. Didn't freeze in sub zero temps while traveling and keeps constant cool temps in Florida summers over 100° with 100% humidity. I use a mix ratio of 70% zerex to 30% reverse osmosis purified or distilled water. Package instructions indicate that this ratio gives a higher boiling and lower freezing point than that of an 50 50 mix ratio. This method keeps my water temp rock solid at 185°

I ordered the full concentrate of this product, went to store for pickup, gave it to my mechanic who used it for flush/fill, he complained that I should not have purchased the 50/50. I showed him online invoice and store receipt that I had indeed bought the correct full concentrate, he showed me the 5 qt bottle was in fact the 50/50. I went to AAP E. Irving Blvd, TX store to pickup a different part and complained to store Mgr that they had given me the wrong part, he brought me into the warehouse and started showing me the boxes where stock was stored (I informed him that I felt uncomfortable being in the warehouse and its probably a violation of AAP policy), he didn't want to admit their mistake, and instead accused me of fraud, I had a person with me who recorded the exchange. I asked for a replacement with the correct part, he refused. I went home and phoned corporate CS and explained that both the full concentrate and 50/50 bottles looked very similar, they also corroborated that both SKUs were sold online and in that store. They placed the order for the full concentrate without charge and requested me to pickup at that same store, and I should phone CS in case the Mgr gave me any problems. I went to the store with the order invoice printed out but the Mgr gave me a very difficult time as he didn't want to admit his error and also didn't want to give me the without charging me. When I pointed out Corporate CS had place the order and I started phoning them, he relented but was very unhappy. I later gave the correct full concentrate to my mechanic who had to re-do the entire drain and fill to get the proper antifreeze concentration proportions, and which he charged me another labor charge since it wasn't his mistake. In the end, AAP rectified the error, but too much trouble, time and aggravation involved for everyone.
