It's a very reliable camera inside 30 feet.

The Yada is a good wireless camera, there is no doubt about it. For our new RV, this one won't work unfortunately. This camera has a wireless range of 30 feet. Up to 30 it's very good but the transmitter will not broadcast an inch father than 30 feet so I'm going to have to return this one. (I only needed another 5-6 feet and I am totally bummed because I love the Yada product)

Recently installed a camper shell on my 2003 GMC pickup and wanted to be able to see behind while backing. This camera also helps in connecting a trailer. Only draw back is the connectors to existing wiring could be better.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
Great value, easy to install
Easy to install on our trucks, I wire the rear camera to the clearance lights so the driver can turn on the lights and see traffic behind anytime. Its very helpful when changing lanes in traffic. I also like the option of using either 12V dash plug or hardwire into the vehicle. I like using fuse taps so I connect into the fuse box on a "ignition hot" fuse. That way the camera is automatically off when the vehicle is turned off.
