Good quality materials. Installed nicely. Unlike the stock photo, one bolt hole is circular, while the other is oblong, which worked nicely when fitting the flange together.

I ordered this along with the exhaust assembly that was the only location that had it in stock 45 miles from me only to arrive and then tell me they do not have the gasket and I can go pick it up at another location
