Grinds on the high dime!
I bought these pads along with Wagner rotors. Very expensive for just simple pads and rotor! Should be the best dynamic duo, right? Wrong! I installed these pads and rotors correctly and they still grind like crazy. My brakes didn't performed well as I expect with these Wagner Thermo Quiets. Their stopping power is adequate, but noisy. I'm surprised these are top-of-the-line pads, but they grind when applied. So yeah, I'm thinking about either exchanging them under warranty or go to another brand of pads.

Makes Groaning Noise Stopping
I bought these expensive pads along with top of the line Wagner Rotors thinking I was going to be well pleased with the brakes, boy was I wrong. I have been doing brakes on cars for 35years and these are the worst pads I have put on one of my cars. The pads GROAN when coming to a stop and the groaning is even louder when it is damp outside. I put 12,000 miles on these pads and the GROANING never went away.I finally had enough and I took them off and demanded a refund. Then I went and bought a set of AC Delco pads for 15.00 less and No More Noises or Groaning when stopping!
