V-8 Tools Wre Set Combo Stubby 10Pc 10-19M

Second review, they never posted the first. Basically the finish is poor, tolerances are poor and the closed ends are not very round, kind of oblong (creates weak points). A little long for stubby's. Have not really used yet. For the price I would expect better quality compared to other brands that are available. And somebody either get a quality control department or fire that guy or girl.

This review is strictly based on quality. These are not highly finished you would find on other common brand names. You can see the sanding marks. The closed ends are not very uniform in shape. Poor grind job. There is also some slight oxidation in the closed end of the wrench. They look like cheap Chinese wrenches. I also compared the open end of the wrench to some of my US made wrenches and found about half that were about .005 to .010" off on the open end. I also took a direct measurement and the tolerance on these wrenches are poor. I bet the Autocraft house brand would be better than these, but this set had all the sizes is why I bought them. I really won't use them much so they probably will be ok. Tried to bend them by hand and they do seem hardened and do not bend, so not too cheap.
