Really Good Blade
I put these on all three of my vehicles two years ago. They are still on all of the vehicles. These are very good blades. Where I live we regularly experience some really bad winter weather (heavy wet snow, powdery snow, freezing rain, high winds, heavy drifting, road salt and grime, sub zero temperatures, etc.) so a good snow and ice blade is pretty important. These are better snow blades than rain blades. They work very well for the snow/ice and still good for the rain but I notice with the rain the don't have that clean sweep a person likes to see. I believe the teflon edge is the reason they are not as good with the rain. So, if you're looking for just a rain blade save yourself a few bucks and buy something different or another Trico blade (check their website). If you want a snow and ice blade this is what you want.

Despite great reviews here, these were awful for my vehicle.
I bought these for my 2002 Mercury Mountaineer based on the great reviews here. It was a mistake. Maybe it's my vehicle's windshield type, but, these things are HORRIBLE in the snow and ice! They streak terribly. Snapping them doesn't work or help. The ice build up heavy on them very quickly. I'm not trying to be mean to Trico, and I have no suggestion on another brand, but, these are probably THE WORST wipers I've had in 26 years of Buffalo driving. And that includes those stupid "Double Blade" gimmicks in the 90's. I had to buy wipers for my other vehicle as well, and noticed that it requires one 26" and one 17". Oddly, the reviews of Trico Ice on those sizes were much worse, about 2.5 - 3 stars. Much more in line with the experience I had with these 22" ones. I need to try a new brand. Though I only bought these in November 2015, I doubt I'll get any compensation. If you have a 2002 - 2006 Mountaineer or Explorer, do NOT buy these.
