Would not buy this Spartan engine again!

Purchased & Installed in 2013, failed in 2017 after warranty expired! Called manufacture who would do nothing! Had to have it completely overhauled, new crankshaft, etc. Shop says it was a 2003 engine that looked like it was re-manufactured by a High School beginners automotive class. Recommendation from current shop is to go with a Jasper engine.
