Works well for my use (home handyman & mechanic), much more absorbent than the best grocery store towel and thicker. Tends to deteriorate when scrubbing but this is a PAPER towel. Best to catch on sale otherwise a bit pricy. I keep two roll hangers in my shop, one of these for heavier use and a second for a cheaper towel to wipe off the dipstick,small wipe ups etc.
