Online vs In Store
I bought online while in the store as the price was better online (quite a bit). Cashier was abrupt and not too nice about this whole transaction, telling me I have to come in 1/2 hr for the system to recognize the online purchse (and it updated wi/5 min). But I bought 1 wrong size, so had to do 2 transactions and therefore, return the 1 wrong size (windshield wipers). Told me I had to come back for that as it will definitely take .5-1hr for the system to catch up, which I did the next day. Would be nice if stores could honor online prices (maybe w/a code they have to identify) vs giving the customer the run around. Love the wipers. They work nice and slick.
