Online vs In Store
I bought online while in the store as the price was better online (quite a bit). Cashier was abrupt and not too nice about this whole transaction, telling me I have to come in 1/2 hr for the system to recognize the online purchse (and it updated wi/5 min). But I bought 1 wrong size, so had to do 2 transactions and therefore, return the 1 wrong size (windshield wipers). Told me I had to come back for that as it will definitely take .5-1hr for the system to catch up, which I did the next day. Would be nice if stores could honor online prices (maybe w/a code they have to identify) vs giving the customer the run around. Love the wipers. They work nice and slick.

Endless Spamming of Coupons That Don't Work!

After receiving several e-mails for a 20% discount for any online purchase, I placed an order for two 22" Rain-X Latitude Wiper Blades. I chose the "in store pickup" option and completed the transaction via my PayPal account. I went to your new store in Pawling, NY #7503 and picked up the wiper blades. When the associate printed out the receipt, I noticed that the 20% discount wasn't applied and I had paid FULL PRICE! I pointed this out to the associate and he stated the discount would show on my PayPal Account. I went home and checked the account and I was in fact charged FULL PRICE!!! Very dissatisfied with this experience and I will take my money elsewhere in the future.
