Prestone Power Steering Fluid (PSF) delivers increased system life. Designed with Anti-wear System Protection, Prestone PSF protects against pump failure, squeals and clogs. This 50,000 mile fluid life is formulated for use in all manufacturers; cars, SUVs, crossovers, and light and medium duty trucks. This a conventional fluid. Many cars 2006 and newer use synthetic based fluids for longer life and better protection. Conventional and synthetic fluids can be mixed but performance and replacement intervals are reduced by the conventional fluid.

WORKED INSTANTLY
I had a loud noisy whinny power steering pump. i thought i had to replace it but first i tryed the prestone . i pumped out the old and put in prestone and instantly no more noise at all,none. thats the cheepest fix i ever had.bad news is i have to fix the other noises i couldnt here before. Thanks Prestone !!!

Refilled replacement pump and reservior with Prestone
I have been using Prestone for years to put in as a filler when needed and to drain and refill the entire steering system. The fluid has been adequate and provides good service. Since I experienced a failure of the rack and pinion and the pump, I'm not sure if these failures can be linked to the use of the Prestone fluid. I will continue to use it.

Great product, great value!
The 32oz bottle is perfect for either topping off or changing the reservoir fluid; a flush might take two bottles. Anyway, the side bottle viewer lets you see how much fluid you have remaining... that's a bonus. Easy to pour and has a great price, I recommend it.

This stuff used to be so much cheaper but then like anything else, prices have gone up. Just needed some to have on hand for when the stuff leaks out in the tractor. Same price as [...] though so I'd rather give my business to Advance!
