Better sockets out there
This is a shiny black, painted, deep well socket. As far as quality, it certainly leaves something lacking. It feels light and cheap, and does not look like it would hold up to serious auto shop abuse. As an alternative, I’d recommend another retailer (it says not to reference other retailers, so here’s a hint: four letter word that starts with N and ends with A); they carry some oversized, deep well sockets for impact wrenches. They weigh about twice as much as this one and feel like they’re built to withstand a lot more abuse.
