Products are great...Staff, not so much
Products purchased are great or I wouldn't have ordered them. However, based on the experience my wife had when picking them up for me it is likely I'll make future purchases elsewhere. I ordered these online and since she was going to do some running the next day she said she'd pick everything up. Unfortunately she went to the wrong store, our fault. However, there was zero willingness to even provide assistance from the staff regarding where she should have gone. She said that they where completely put off and basically rude to her. Eventually she was directed to the correct store but was beyond frustrated by then. The 20% coupon I used isn't worth it.

What a horrible pump this is.
It is possible that this is the worst pump in the world. It broke twice in the middle of a diff oil change and I had to end up duct taping the tube to the oil bottle and just squeezing with my hands to get fluid in. This thing is garbage. Pictured is an extension of this review, a thumbs down folks.

I was replacing the front and rear diffs fluids on my 03 Tahoe. Bought this pump to ease the fluid transfer to the axles but it didn't do a good job. After about 15mins with half the quart still left, decided to buy a diff one from [@]. That one worked like a champ. xtransfered all the fluids in less than 5mins. May be I had a bad pump??

Pum that didn't work

Pump was difficult to pump. I took it apart and foung the seal twisted in the spring. After placing the seal back on the plunger it still didn't pump. Two steel balls fell out when I took the pump apart. There was no assembly diagram on the packaging and it was several days later that I got the balls into their correct position to allow the pump to work. Too late to use the pump for the job. Also it only fits gallon bottles not the quarts (8) that I needed to use it for.
