NGK Standard Nickel Spark Plug (BPR5ES): Reliable OE Performance

The website automatically assigned a store that was much further than my usual store, so I changed it before hitting the pay button but once the transaction went thru the receipt put the wrong store back on for pick up, I called that store and asked what i could do, and the manager said I would have to speak to the store I wanted to pick up at about the matter. This guy I think his name was Masgar or something, said I had to call the 800 number and speak to them, I asked what would be so hard to just give me my parts and do an internal change, but you could tell from the get go he was very lazy ( so much that he even told another associate to get me the 800 number) Anyways long story short, I called the 800 number and was noticeably agitated by the situation, so another associate ended up getting me the parts I needed. My question to the manager and customer support was why did it have to get that heated to correct a mistake that Advanced website screwed up on. I will not only never use Advanced Auto's website I will never again step foot or purchase anything from this company because of the incompetence and lack of customer service I received from the manager at that store. I been going there since I was 14 years old I am 52 now so yea because of the managers lack of taking responsibility and trying to make things right with the customer, the company will lose a very valued customer. My only question is is how does someone with that much lack of competence become a manager? I own a 5 star restaurant, and it's 5 star mainly because of the customer service we give to our patrons. I would have chose zero stars but that wasn't an option. Tried to save time by ordering 6 spark plugs thru you website and ended up spending 10 times the amount of time if i woulda just walked in. Oh and the manager went as far as saying that i hit something wrong on my computer. Let me tell you ordering online is not rocket science, so to try to pass blame to the customer hmmm.
