No leaky rear axle here
The most time consuming part was pulling the old seal out of the rear axle of my 2000 Crown Vic (make sure you have a slide hammer with the axle bearing puller attachment). Once the old one was out the new one popped right back in. It seals well. I haven't had any problems yet at 5,000 miles.
