Bad Experience ... Not Coming Back
Actually my entire experience with your online purchasing sucked big time. And just so you know, I spend tens of thousands each year via online purchases so I'm not a novice at doing this. Although your website indicated that the U-joints purchased would fit my vehicle, they did not fit and the store had only 3 of the appropriate size U-joints in stock however I needed 4. And did I mention that it takes a 45 minute drive each way to pick them up. And then there was the post purchase website offer of big savings if I just filled out your scam survey. I have no idea why I even bothered to get sucked in but I did only to find that I wasted my time for nothing. I guess I figured a store as big as you guys wouldn't do a smalltime online BS scam ... but you did so I won't be going back for any online purchasing. 2 hours later upon returning home and after a Jack & Coke to calm me down I did go online to Quadratec for my purchase (free shipping with them where you guys were going to charge me) and all went well with a savings of $10 over your price even after applying your 20% BS discount.

not for 2WD Explorers

The U-joint (part no. 369) IS NOT for 2WD Ford Explorers as the description says it is. My old one on the driveshaft going towards the rear differential was starting to break loose as I was getting a loud clunking noise from the rear end whenever I shifted into gear. But the good thing is that when I went to return the parts Tom who was at the Groveland, FL store was nice enough to give me an even exchange with another Moog brand U-joint with grease fittings and he compared them with my old ones, so we put on part No. 354 which are the correct ones for 2WD explorers. So if you have a 2WD explorer get these!

Had a vibration on a 2000 mercury mountaineer. After installing moong u joint truck runs like new. Got ones with grease fittings.
