MOOG Driveline Products Greaseable Premium Universal Joint

Came with everything needed, at a great price

The part Moog 331 was faulty it has lots of play on new out of the box. Which cost me exchanging 2 u joints first and than I need to replace 3 u joints again 2 days later because the vibrations damaged the one which was installed previously. I checked all u joints in two stores and all of them had play. I took another brand Driveworks 331 and they was solid as it should be. So I purchased 3 of them. The most interesting part happened to me later, when I tried to return the faulty u joints to the store. The personnel and managers where unpleasant to deal with and even though I had a receipt and online order number they stated to me what there is no transaction were made according to their records. Only after I called and to customer service and waisted about 30 min total. I returned to the store and magically the manager was able to locate my records of purchase in system. So to conclude I spent $450 on labor changing the u joints first time and than I spent again $580 second time because this time I needed to change all 3 u joints. So I strongly don't recommend to buy Moog 331 u joints and I warned a customer service representative what she needs to contact the engineering department so they can contact the manufacturer and report what u joints has play and I repeat we took all u joints in store and they had lots of play, than we taking the Driveworks 331 and no play at all. So dealing with Advance Auto parts were not advancing at all.
