Wrong shocks
Does not fit 2004 Silverado with 5.3 liter motor. The correct shocks have a stud on top and a knuckle on bottom. These have a clevis type bracket and did not work.

Riding like new again!!

I have over 248,000 miles on my 2000 Silverado with original shocks. Needless to say, the truck rides like new now. Installation is pretty easy as long as you have an impact wrench. Also I suggest not cutting the plastic retainers on the shock until you have one end bolted up. This will keep the shock partially compressed making it easier to align the bolt holes. While securing the loose end, cut the retainer and guide the shock as it extends while inserting the remaining mounting bolt.
