Verified Buyer -

The insulation when unpacked from the factory celophane wrapper showed extensive damage. It appears the goods were either previously used and heat damaged or damaged at the point of manufacture or distribution. The insulation material shows severe burns and melted material on the unlined side of the item. It was received in fresh, unbroken clear celophane type wrapper. When opened and unfolded the damage was gross and apparent. Can you please arrange to replace the material with new, undamaged goods without further inconvenience. You can reach me at 717-468-5727.
