first off i ordered the gloves online to use the 20% off code, and i got to the store 30+ min later to pick them up. the cashier looked up my order, then walked around the counter and just grabbed a pair off the display. THE LAST PAIR. so in 30 min the store could have sold the only pair of gloves i had already ordered and paid for!!and more importantly the color is NOT the same as pictured. online they are solid BLACK. in person they are black and grey. the cashier told me i could "just wear them and they will get dirty and turn black"
