Doesn't work on GM 5.3L

Didn't work at all on my 2011 GMC Yukon XL. Ended up wrecking the belt I took off, and one brand new belt I tried to put on. I ended up using a zip tie instead, which worked much better.
Maybe It Will Work For You
Watched the tutorial video at the Lisle website. Looked exactly like what I needed to remove the power steering belt on my 2010 Ford Edge. I tried many times to use the removal part of the tool with no luck. The tool is too wide and hits the inside sheet metal of the shock tower before it can fully engage. I gave up and cut the old belt with my Drexel. Hoping for better luck on the new belt installation, I used the installation feature of the tool. I managed to get the belt partially installed before the tool and the belt started slipping and all forward progress stopped. I ended up using the zip tie method and managed to get the new belt installed. I do not think I would purchase this tool again. Great concept but not really applicable for my installation.

Works Perfectly!

Replaced both belts on a Smart Fortwo. The A/C belt was a stretch belt - no adjustment - this tool worked perfectly. Attached it to compressor pully, rotated the crank with a ratchet, belt went on effortlessly. Also attached it to the crank pully & installed the alternator belt without touching the idler pully! This tool in ingenious! A little pricey, but a REAL time saver!
