I would recommend this for simple ignition testing.
Installed one end of the tester in the spark plug wire and the other end to the spark plug. Found that I did have voltage going to the spark plug. Replaced plug and I was able to get the motor to run.

Product worked as described. Have to keep hooking and unhooking up to different plugs. Easy to tell if there is spark. If your looking to verify spark for example to check individual coil packs, there are other products that are better.

Makes life so much easier and safer to test ignition spark for HEI or standard distributors. Can go on the plug or on the cap with the adapter and has a replaceable bulb.
