Looks good to me
I really couldn't believe that Advance carried a replacement rag joint for a 1971 F100 but sure enough it is a perfect fit. And those other reviewers that said these were terrible? I can only assume they either received something else or destroyed it while installing improperly. Beats me.

Does not fit 1976 Mercury Capri
I am working on my 1976 Mercury Capri II and the steering coupler was completely disintegrated. I was surprised that Advance had a replacement, so I bought it and had it shipped. It doesn't fit. It is nowhere NEAR fitting this car. The rubber part is too big, the bolt holes are too spread apart, the splined area is way too big in diameter. I think Advance equates the 70s Capri and Capri II to the Mustang II, and they are NOT the same thing at all. Typical of most parts houses. Looks pretty high quality, much better than the photos, but this doesn't fit my car.
