GREAT VERSATILITY IN A FUEL PUMP
EXCELLENT QUALITY. If you have a small block Chevy with the mechanical pump, this is the pump to buy. The clocking inlet/outlet allows you to configure the location of the plumbing. I have 3 classic Chevrolets and it will fit all. I keep one in the trunk on all trips.

Was going to cost more then expected
Bought this in high hopes of noticing a better fuel delivery but was disappointed when I opened box and noticed it does not come with a spot for my return line from pump to tank. This prevents vapor lock and supposedly you are supposed to eliminate that. No thanks. Also it came with no fittings so not only does this cost twice the price as a factory one you have to buy more items to make it work properly. Needles to say I went back stock.

Left me stranded on the side of the road
I installed this fuel pump in my 63 Impala 350/300 HP and it ran great. Plenty of fuel delivered. With less than 300 miles on it, it broke and left me stranded on the side of the road. I had to get towed home to find out the pump had broken internally. I was getting on the car a little at the time, but nothing over the top. I baby my car and would never do anything to hurt it. The pump simply gave out under moderate use.
