This foaming cleaner is the only one that seems to work on small engines, specifically in riding mowers. It clings to the surface and removes thick grime from the engine, chassis, and even the fuel tank and oil cap on the riding mowers I detail thoroughly. It's very easy to use. You just spray it on the surfaces, let it sit for a few minutes (not more than about 5) and spray off with a jet spray.
