This is a very good product. I like that the grease is green in color it helps to prevent missing a grease fitting.

Why no GC or even LB ratings???
Green Grease is much hyped on The Speed Channel, various websites, etc. Yet this product lacks the GC rating necessary for wheel-bearing use (and might void warranties if used for such??), and even lacks the less-demanding LB rating needed for chassis lube. Kinda strange, given the premium price. OTOH, it *is* FERTILIZER-RESISTANT, which is a big relief when I stop at the roadside produce stands, here in the big city... lol. PS: While used by many vendors besides Omni Lubricants/Green Grease, the term Professional Grade is meaningless both technically and legally. Neither the API nor the NLGI recognize the term. It is merely a marketing tag line.

Green Grease Specs
Green Grease is a wonderful product. It is easy to see when you have replaced your conventional grease with green grease. Remember it is only graded for #2 use, so technically its use is limited. If it can do things other than it is rated for, it is a gamble. Check Amsoil. They haven't been tested to meet the lubrication standards of the manufacturers. They are "recommended for" not "meets the". I use green grease on my motorhome and Jeep that have a slip yoke driveshaft. The temp can reach 400 degrees during driving. Conventional grease temp range is up to 285 degrees.
