I researched this product before I bought it. I thought that it would have been too loud for everyday driving (I don't use this truck for long distance) but when I heard it crank on for the first time after having Midas install it, it sounded great. Been about 3 weeks and I still think the sound is great and not too noisy. It purs when on idle.

Got a great deal on this muffler at Advance, and had it installed on a 1988 Chevy truck at a local muffler shop. It sounds good, not nearly as loud as I thought it would be. It was almost an exact fit for the truck, with only two small sections of pipe added to make up for the shorter size. If there is a better deal out there, I couldn't find it!
