does what it claims to do
I picked this up to do the bumper on my car... NOT! I found out that I would either need many gallons to soak it in, or try soaking a cloth and then wrapping that and some plastic around it overnight. I picked up a spray can of Duplicolor for what I needed. However, since then I have been soaking rusty tools, rusty nuts/bolts etc in it and it is doing a pretty good job.

Follow the directions...
Made certain areas of the parts I was treating rust more. Maybe I left it in too long. Other areas came out great but some bolts I treated lost the paint color. It rubbed right off as I rinsed them and dried.
