good for price
These are the lowest cost joints AAP carries, however they do still have a limited life time warranty. Bad side is the boots wear out quickly, however they wear out just as fast as the moog brand. Though both these brands have a Life time warranty, both return warranties gives pennies. So do the math for the moog verses these. Have not had a fitting problem on my '97 subaru legacy wagon as others have posted, easy rule-just check new in box verses old before taking home.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
Warning.........Wont fit 1990 Legacy L
Wasted an afternoon trying to hammer this in. Will not fit, had to go to another brand. Complete JUNK.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
Doesn't Fit Socket Style Control Arms
This comes with a grease fitting on the top which does not fit into control arms with enclosed sockets (ie. my 2002 Outback). These style control arms also have a terrible flaw that allows water to sit inside and weld the balljoint in with rust. I recommend buying the more expensive MOOG brand and save yourself too many replacements (aside from the fact that it does not fit)

Horrible ball joint
Horrible cheap piece of garbage! said it would fit in my 95 impreza lx, 3 hrs later, still wont fit, destroyed it trying to get it in. the old beat up one fits just fine in the hole. DO NOT BUY! buy a cheaper better one.
