Perfect replacement for my Mazda 5 Sport
Nice Battery, Had handy handles. Will have to see how long it will last but from the reviews I assume I'll get at least 3-5 years. The coupon code giving 40 off 100 didn't hurt one bit. My vehicle had a small non oem battery in it and this group 35 was quite a bit bigger. But the fit was perfect. And I was not hassled by Advanced for returning a dirrent size core when I brought the old battery. Note the factory battery cable on the mazda 5 is just long enough to reach the battery post. So I suggest you clean the cable end with the battery removed. Then you can clean the cable end in the empty battery box.

Died again and again
Advance installed this battery for me in June of 2012. It performed fine for about six months, then died. I took the car to Advance and they gave me a printout that stated the battery was good and would hold a charge. They also checked the alternator which tested good. I recharged the battery for 24 hrs. and it worked fine for about four days, then wouldn't start the car after being parked for three days. The car was checked for a short that might be draining the battery, there were none. After three trips to Advance where they gave the battery glowing reviews and AAA status, and after changing battery cables and buying a new alternator, the results were the same...the battery would be dead after 3-4 days if not driven daily. I realized the problem wasn't mine. Regardless of their printout, this battery was a piece of c**p, so I went elsewhere and bought another battery and have had NO problems ever since. I feel like the Advance Auto warranty was worthless as they would not change out the battery for a good one, despite the repeated problem of the battery not holding a charge. I was out $115, but now know where to buy, and not to buy, a car battery.

Would not recommend a silver.
The silver battery lasted only 2 years. the lead acid had leaked out of the batteries. Fortunately, the store personnel was able to cover it under warranty. I would not recommend these batteries. i installed now instead the gold one, difference is nothing between the two.
