DieHard Silver Battery: 124R Group Size, 600 CCA, 750 CA, 100 Minute Reserve Capacity

I put the battery in myself, right at the store, so I could get my $15.00 core money back! The person in the store didn't ask me if I needed it put in, he just gave it to me. I also seen another person come to get a battery for his car and they would not put it in his car as well. The man was mad but still got the battery but was not going to bring his battery core back because it was to far from his house. The man told the guy in the store, he had to jump his car to get it down there, so the guy in the store jumped his car and sent him away mad. I started to help the man because I had my own tools but I needed to go. I believe they could of let the man or offered him some tools, to take his battery out. I believe the man in the store just didn't want to do anything thing. I am sorry for this comment but the owners need to know this but my battery is still work fine and I will still get another one when this one dies or for my other two car that I have. I knew from before, when I got my battery here, that I needed to bring my own tool-box, to put my battery into my car. Let me just make one more comment, not everyone in the store is like that! There is an older guy in the store, whom I like, who will go above and beyond the call of his duty for you. I went back a few day later and he helped me out and lot and he was very, very nice!

First I have to say my overall experience at advance was very positive. I ordered the oem battery for my Santa Fe online, group size 124r. When Booker tried to install the battery, it was too short and the positive terminal would not attach. He took it inside and matched it to a group size 24f. Everything worked perfectly . He credited my online transaction and gave me a price match for the more expensive group 24f battery. This is a maintenance free battery even though it has caps on it for venting. Every place I checked online has the group size 124r as the replacement for my 2007 Santa Fe so advance was not at fault, but they did make things right. Hope this will save someone else some time when they get their replacement battery for the Santa Fe. I do recommend using Advanced Auto Parts because of the great service I got.
