Will not Fit a 2012 Nissan Titan without modification
I recently purchased this battery for the high demand my new audio system will need and it just would not secure with the battery hold down clip because the battery is too wide and once the battery is in place, you can not even install the hold down clip. Everything I researched shows this is the correct 24F battery and I checked and rechecked specs of a 27F battery, A 34 spec battery and even checked specs on the battery tray, the dimples or groove near the bottom of the battery will not seat deep enough for the rear securing guide and allow for the front hold down clip to seat onto the battery tray. Advanced Auto did not have an answer, they had attempted to secure the battery on the initial install, but I rechecked their work and found the hold down clip was pressing against the side of the battery above the dimple which may cause a potential crack and leak later. I went back to Advanced Auto to look at the gold and silver series auto craft batteries and surprisingly enough they all have the same issue. At least for a Nissan Truck. Funny thing is the cheaper Walmart Battery which was in the truck before the replacement is also a 24F size battery and it was narrower enough by over 5/8 of an inch and allowed the rear guide of the battery tray and securing clip to seat properly. So, wanting to keep the battery I had to make a strap out of aluminum stock. If I was to recommend the battery, I would for someone you who can fab a strap, but for the average Joe, no. Review the pictures you can see the corner of the replacement battery is closer to the edge of the battery tray versus the one it replaced

Online Buyer Beware - Please Read Before This Happens To You
I ordered this Battery on Tuesday, Jan 09. I received tracking that it was to deliver on Thursday Jan 11 which was great. There was a winter storm in Texas and Louisiana which caused a delay. I didn't get the battery on Thursday so I called and they said it was delayed. When I did not get the battery on Monday now I checked the tracking again and it was delivered on Friday. I call AAP right away and explain what has happened. They open a claim with UPS and invite me purchase another one in store (HA!) I said I'll wait for the claim to go through and come pick one up because I am not paying for something 2x which will undoubtedly influence the "claim" status. Day go by, I call back, they say the claim will be another 8 days. I need a battery so badly at this point that I end up going to the dealer (my vehicle is a 2015 so it's under warranty still) and they give me a replacement for free of the same low end battery they put in all their 4runners. So I don't have the AGM battery that I have purchased but at least I can start my vehicle. I have been asking AAP about the status of the claim and just now today (Jan 31, 2018) they have stated that the claim was denied by UPS and therefore I am out the battery and money. Good thing is Amex is now going through their process and I am being refunded through them. Unfortunately I have spent so many hours dealing with this mess that I have bought the battery 3 times over in my labor. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT AAP DOES NOT INSURE OR GUARANTEE ANY DELIVERIES. THEY STATED THAT THEIR ONLY RESPONSIBILITY IS TO GET THE BATTERY TO UPS AND THAT WHATEVER HAPPENS AFTER THAT IS ON THE CONSUMER.
