2.5 year old battery off the shelf
I bought this battery and never looked at the manufacture date on it, 10/15. It was at 54% charge, overnight in the charger got it to 76% and it wouldnt go further. The right vent is also leaking. Advanced Auto Parts has a policy where once a battery leaves it cant come back so be sure to check the date on it since they apparently sell old batteries.
Would not recommend ever buying a battery from advance

Have only had it for a week. As expected, it needed to be charged up, even though it was new. Battery charger said it was at 81% charge. Attached it to my pop-up camper and went camping for 4 days.

Batteries brand new tested at 12.05 volt and had been sitting on the shelf for 6 months. New marine batteries should test and hold 12 8ish. These only hold 12.6 for 12 hours or less. Not to happy considering I bought new batteries that can't hold a 100% charge from day one.
