Works as intended
Belt fit fine and two weeks later, I have no issues to report. Visually it seems like a quality part. Yes, as one reviewer put it, clearances are tight which makes installation just a skotch tricky. As far as the tensioner is concerned, in my 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan, it has a cast extension that fits a 3/4" open end wrench. I used a scrap 2x4 to push the end of the wrench upward and hold it in place (releasing the tensioner) while I installed the belt. Be careful to ensure that the belt is mating correctly with each of the accessory pulleys prior to restoring the tensioner. Also check the idler(s) and replace any that are worn as part of this procedure. Regarding the reviewer who suffered a belt failure after only 5 days, I would guess that either the belt was installed incorrectly (inexcusable if installed by even the least competent installer) or one of the accessories seized and caused premature failure due to excessive friction. In fact, if this was replaced due to failure of the existing belt (as opposed to routine maintenance), I would definitely be checking each component in the train.

Junk
Junk - this only lasted 6 months and 3500 miles before it needed to be replaced. I went through all of the pulleys, idlers, etc thinking something else failed, but it was the 6 mo. old belt.
