Not exactly perfect fit on 2005 Altima
The holes on the bracket don't symmetrically align with the existing holes on my 2005 Altima, so the plate will be slightly off center. Because this bracket sits flush against the bumper (the original provides some more spacing), I had to find shorter screws for my plate to prevent the screws from scratching the bumper. Otherwise, the bracket is inexpensive and does the job.

Did NOT want to drill holes on my Mustang bumper to begin with so I wanted a plate bracket with minimal footprint. Picked this up due to price and size along with the Ford Racing Chrome Frame and used a 25% coupon to save $6 - THANKS ADVANCE AUTO! Spent a few minutes to plan the install. Had to use spare parts in my tool box: 2x 1/2" spacers between the bracket and bumper and 2x self-tapping screws and washers to mount the plate frame and plate onto the bracket. 15 minute tops to plan, drill and mount onto my bumper. Looks very cool! Firmly mounted on the bumper, no annoying noises compared to the $50 stow-n-show bracket that was used previously WHICH ended up broken. Definitely recommend this!
for mounting front license plates

Good if you need to mount a front plate on a car not equipped for it. The bracket holes match the holes in CT state plates.I had to drill two holes in the bumper, because there were none from the factory. The bumper hole positions are not critical, thanks to the wide slots in the bumper. Make sure you get enough screws to mount the bracket to the bumper and the license to the bracket.
