Much better than OEM

These look like standard plug, but are longer. They went back in alot faster than the old ones came out. May not need tune up in my time with thr truck

POOR CHOICE FOR REPLACEMENT
Used them against the advice of a Ford mechanic. Engine ran very poorly. I had to replace them after an hour of running. Nearly catastrophic failure. One looked like I arc-welded with it. Stick to Autolite or Motorcraft. Replace them HOT not while engine is cold. Use carb cleaner, loosen an 1/8 turn and let them soak. Do half at time, then get the engine hot again to do the second half. The Lisle tool 65600 is also a life saver.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Easy to install solved my acceleration hesistation issues, engine performance was restored. Solves issue for 5.4L 3V Triton Issues (cracking/breaking Plugs). Would Highly recommend over motorcraft and autolite plugs, price was a bit high but in my opinion it was well worth it. **NOTE** Ford motorcraft plugs come pre-gapped at .045 from the factory, verify Champion (7989) plugs are at .045 as well or YOU WILL HAVE issues. The official FORD maintenace manual says that the plugs do not require gapping cause they are pre-gapped already.

I ALSO DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS PLUG ON A 2006 F150 5.4L
