Would not recommend Advance Auto Parts
I went to one of your stores here in Laredo, Tx today to make a exchange on some spark plugs that i bought online (Store pick up). When i arrived i asked the associate if it is possible to do a exchange, because the spark plugs i bought were big for the car. So i took out my phone, because i had the online Receipt or invoice with the order number. All i wanted was a simple exchange, i was not carrying cash or my card because i didn't think it would be necessary. So when he was about to do the return, he told me that he needed to refund the money to the card, and i had to pay it again, because he was unable to do just a simple exchange. I know for a fact he could've done a exchange without the receipt just to help me out as a customer. He chose not to, so i had no choice but to just return my merchandise, had to go home and get my money, just to go to autozone and buy them there instead. Now i have to wait probably 3-5 days to see the credit back to my bank account. 👎🏼 Poor customer service....

Basic spark plug is often all you need

Expensive spark plugs don't really improve performance for most users such I am. I would consider a longer lasting plug such as a Platinum if the plugs are hard to change. That way you don't need to replace as often. Don't agree? Do your own research.
