Castrol Edge 5W-40 Full Synthetic Motor Oil, Maximizes Engine Performance, 1 Quart

This is a no. one quality oil and it was at a good price. It went into my Mercedes Benz.

I purchased this then went to pick it up at 314 GALLATIN PIKE NORTH MADISON , TN 37115-3711 store. when I arrived the lady said she only had 4 quarts on the shelf. She then asked if I wanted those 4 and she could cancel te order. I told her the car held 8 quarts and 4 didn't do me any good. I told her I had ordered it off line the 28th so I could pick it up on the 29th and change oil. I told her Goodlettsville store had it but it was at $9 a quart. She then said that she could cancel the order and I could go there and get it. I told her that is the reason I ordered it online was for the 5.50 a quart price. I then told her I needed 8 quarts . She then said that a truck had come in but she didn't know what was in it. She then stormed off to the back and came back with a case and 2 quarts of oil and slammed it down on the counter. I was going to purchase my filter there but decided after that I need to go across the street to your competitor to do that. I did purchase this product again the next week from your Hendersonville Tennessee store and had a GREAT experience.
