Feels like a cloud

I purchased these pads and had them installed by a mechanic today. I replaced both front and rear pads and I tell you, it feels like I'm stepping on a cloud! Very soft, no noise (it's dead winter right now), and they are effective. I dont foresee any problems with these pads, but if anything shall change, I will edit/update my review. As of now, I am beyond satisfied and very giddy with excitement.

The parts guy sucks!

I ordered the correct pads online. The kid at the counter gave me the wrong brakes. I didn't find out until I was tearing into my car to compare. I returned them, he (same kid) told me "oh well, human error it happens all the time". So he gives me the "correct" brakes this time. I get home look at them and one side of the pads doesn't have the same metal clip attatched. So not only did did the kid (same one) not cross reference the correct part number but also didn't care to double check the parts in the box to make sure they were correct the second time. Btw, I did ask for his manager, he said he was too busy.. If I we were rating on lazy and dumb I'd give 5 stars. This wasted my valuable time and time is money. I could have had my regular mechanic do it right the first time!
