• Specifically-engineered materials resist collapse under vacuum
• Designed to resist electrochemical degradation, which is the primary cause of hose failure
• Pre-shaped to fit and ensure a perfect seal
• EPDM tube; synthetic fiber knit reinforcement; EPDM cover resistant to heat, ozone, and chemical refrigerants
• Compliant with the requirements of SAE 20R4, class D2 and DIN 73411, class A standards (except with regard to tolerances)
• Temperature range: -40 Deg. F to +257 Deg. F (-40 Deg. C to +125 Deg. C)
• Note: Gates recommends replacing clamps and connectors every time a new cooling hose is installed.
