Worst experience with the people from the Randolph store
Screw threads con't match the OEM screws on the car
If you are going to manufacture this handle with threads that don't match the OEM screws on the vehicle, then INCLUDE THE CORRECT SCREWS IN THE PACKAGE. I tried to install this handle on Christmas Day when no hardware stores were open, so I couldn't buy the correct screws. Extremely frustrating!!!
