Unions are used to join two brake, fuel, or transmission lines together. This may be needed, for example, in long runs from the dual master cylinder to the rear axle. Match the thread and flare type to the lines being connected. It is important that both flare type and thread match for a leak-proof connection. Use for joining 1/4in Domestic brake lines.

Can be used with existing nuts salvaged off brake lines or with Steel Tube Nut, 1/4 (7/16-24 Inverted), (sold 10/bag) and Poly-Armour PVF Steel Brake Line Tubing Coil, 1/4" x 25' both of which are also available at Advance Auto Parts. Don't forget your flaring tools for "double flare".
