Works as it should
I bought this to put side skirts on my MKV GTI. It works well, but the way the skirts are it requires something thicker than this tape in certain spots. For your every day car molding it should be fine, but might not work well on some items such as side skirts.

Purchased 2pcs 1/2 x 15ft 3m super strength Molding tape on line ,when I arrived at the store there was only 1 roll in stock they ended up giving me the 7/8 wide tape in its place , but not to happy about the inventory control , all said in done it worked out to be fine for what I was doing with the adhesive tape , just had to cut it down , so far 3M super strength molding tape was great even though I was using it right at the minimum required temp , so far its rock solid

This product works extremely well to hold down trim moldings. I have used it in the past and I have never had problems. As long as you make sure you apply it to a clean dry smooth surface it is not coming off. A bit on the expensive side but its worth it.

no good what so ever did not stick

useless item removed trim pieces from my vehicle and tried to put them back on with this cleaned the old tape off cleaned the part and cleaned the car off with rubing alchohol to get rid of all grease and oil and still would not stick what so ever
